Hailing out of Scarborough Ont. 85east is named after the local bus route that all members have taken. 85east blends together a polyphonic sound with influences such as Classic Rock, Blues, Hip Hop, Metal and blah. The group start picking up members in October of 2007. Since then they managed to fill out the line up, write and record a self produced EP. One musician you wish you could meet?
In Flames
As a band or artist, what has been your biggest challenge so far?
Finding a drummer is always the hardest job. At least for us it was.
How do you prepare for a gig?
We work hard at preparing for gigs to give the crowd the most we can.
This rocks:
When a band can play what they recorded in a live setting.
This sucks:
when a band can't pull off that great studio work live.
