A Higher Neutral

A Higher Neutral is a hard working rock band from Niagara Falls (Ontario, Canada). The three founding member of the group (Mike Lamb, Mitch Zodila & Dave Hendriks) started jamming around 2005. Mike and Mitch would were best friends wanted to start a band. Mike found future "A Higher Neutral" guitarist Dave Hendriks in high school and asked him if he'd join. Upon Dave's arrival the band needed a bassist. After posting ads and trying out bass players from the area, Mitch decided to throw down his guitar and pick up bass in order to have a bassist for their first show. Now that the "power trio" was complete and ready to make music, the band needed a name. After about a thousand joke names, and random ideas, the guys chose the name "This Week's Trend". Later realizing that about 100 other bands had this name they gave it up for "A Higher Neutral". After learning a few covers A Higher Neutral decided to take it one step further and start writting original material. Many of this material ended up on their first recording "The True Empathic" EP recorded in 2007. Now it's 2008 and A Higher Neutral has gone through a line-up change. Mitch Zodila, a founding member of AHN unfortunatley left the band. The band search high and low for a new bassist, and they found just that. Dylan Murray, bassist for the St. Catharines band "Trial and Temptation" was asked to join the band. With Dylan on board, AHN went to the studio to record their first full length album, and are still in the process. Look out everyone, A Higher Neutral will be taking the world by storm very soon...>
