Aristata is a band of many influences, and this is reflected in their unique sound, which is a combination of rock, blues and jazz. Aristata consists of the song writing trio of guitarists Tom Wickens, Cameron Gray and Thomas Hoeller, as well as Garth and Gavin Fisher on bass and drums. Each member brings his own personality and inspiration to each of the songs, creating a repertoire of music that ranges from soft and mellow songs to others that are loud and hard. It is this wide musical capacity, the ability to improvise, and the dedication in creating real, authentic music for others to enjoy, that has gained them success in various competitions. Aristata has also played for many fundraisers, youth events, and benefit competitions. With a professionally recorded album in the works, Aristata is ready for the club and bar scene, and ready to reach more audiences.
