Biography

Ben Raftus is a singer/songwriter based in Toronto ON. His blues-infused style harkens back to the roots of rock, inspired by such greats as Elmore James, B.B. King and Muddy Waters. Hinged upon the universal themes of love, sorrow, and women, his lyrics are intelligent, provocative and honest. With his dirty blues guitar riffs and his unaffected performance style, he cuts to the heart of the listener through his straight and gritty music.
