Blake Mabee

Hi, my name is Blake. I've been playing Bass since May 17th, 2005, and Guitar since November 10th, 2005 (my birthday). On bass I started off learning punk, my biggest inspirations included: Blink 182, Green Day, White Stripes and other bands along those lines. I then started getting introduced to metal. With my music taste evolving from punk to metal, so did my ability to play bass. I then started taking inspiration from such bands as: System Of A Down, Avenged Sevenfold and Lamb Of God. My final change of musical taste was the greatest, because now I'm very open-minded about music. My taste spans from Screamo, Hardcore, Techno/Electronic, Metal (of any kind), Punk, Pop-Punk, Acoustic stuff and etc. My biggest inspirations nowadays would be mainly from: Protest The Hero, Necrophagist, Chiodos, Senses Fail, Cancer Bats and More. By time I started learning guitar I was already into System Of A Down and most of the metal. Though my guitarist abilities aren't as great as my bass, I still try. For guitar I nowadays mainly take inspiration from bands such as: Chiodos, Senses Fail, Cancer Bats, City and Colour, Alexisonfire, The Higher and More.
