Cargohold

CARGOHOLD is "one of Vancouver's most prolific electronic artists (Craig Joseph Huxtable, "Nocturnal Transmissions"). Based out of Vancouver, Canada, Cargohold (aka Geoff Shellard) creates electronic music with no specific genre in mind. Part trip hop, big beat, industrial and pop. The purpose of Cargohold is to present stories about what we are, what we have, what we've lost, and what we may stand to gain. The lyrics are to be consumed and digested rather than tossed aside like background noise. They evoke passion, despair, triumph and regret. Anti-love songs. And if there's love there is always lust. If you can identify with any of these songs then you have either felt love, lost love or have been a downright asshole to the ones you love.
