Censored Chaos

Well, here is a slightly abbreviated version of our history... Completely different from the one on our myspace page. A Long Time Ago, In A Galaxy Far, Far Away... Actually not too long ago, and not to far away, Brandon Portman was living in the States, and Joey was living in Hamilton. Brandon started playing guitar in the States at about the same time Joey did, and the guys would kind of Jam to each other on the phone. When Brandon moved back, both had experience in bands, and Joey started a band entitled Last One Standing, and the band consisted of Joey on Guitar and Vocals, Matt Fraser on Bass, Brian Stevenson on Guitar, and an empty spot for a drummer. Soon, Brandon Portman took over on guitar for Joey to take over complete vocals, and Evin White was recruited to play Drums. After a while, Brian was let go and the band went on as a Four Piece, trying out different guitarists, but having no success, until finding Brandon McEachern, and he was soon recruited, which brings us to our present line up. Our name, alot of people ask us HOW DO YOU CENSOR CHAOS? And think that they are the smartest people on earth and the first person to ever say it to us. (No Offence : ) ) Well, here is how we came up with our name. He had been kind of shifting between names, Last One Standing, The Last Stand, A Shotgun Wedding, (?!?!) and so Matt Fraser and Brandon P (Also known as 'Metal') Began searching for band name generators online... One of the names that came up was Scent of Chaos, which kind of sounded like Taste of Chaos, so we decided, Censored rhymes with 'Scent of' so yeah. Not exciting at all. : ) We've played with some pretty well known bands, some of them being CANCER BATS, DEAD AND DIVINE, THESE SILHOUETTES, FROM MAN IN GHOST, and a bunch more.
