-- Just a little side-note here (or... over-note), but we will post some new videos here every so often, so scroll down to the bottom of our page to check them out! -- The band was composed by guitarist Tom Lee and drummer Nick Babey in Christmas 2009. The original reason for forming the group was to create a Christmas album. This still hasn't happened. Alun Gunderson joined up a bit later, in the summer of 2011, then, in early 2012, Lazar Todorovic joined the group.
Collect Call placed third in the 2012 WRASA Kids Help Phone "Lighthouse" Talent Show in December. In January 2013, the band reached the Top 10 in the Youthink BC's Best Teen Band Contest. The band members are all licensed buskers in White Rock, BC, and spend a lot of time performing acoustically at the beach.
