We are a 4 piece band from a small town called Stratford in Ontario. Recently we've begun to play more out of town shows so Supernova seemed like a good idea. The name of the band spawns from the one guitar player's name; Matt Beatty. I (Jesse) remember seeing them play 4 years ago at a local Battle Of The Bands and remembering how much they rocked compared to the other bands. They were having some problems with the drummer and bass player. My friend replaced the bass player, which gave me the chance to replace the drummer. I was filling in for a short time originally, but things changed and I stuck with them. The band gained a collective harder edge and tighter songs with the changes and practices that followed.
