You can see it as a metaphysical sphere of emotions that surrounds us all and is constantly in orbit around us placing the emotion that we currently feel at our forefront. Only once we can look inside and find the true root of our sentiments are we ever able to control our emotions, or THE SENTICSPHERE!

...to answer your question - the simplest way to explain it is this:

First off, Sentic - think sentiments - feelings and emotions... that kinda thing. You know how everyone talks about how they live in their own "little bubble"? That's sort of the idea of The Senticsphere - it's the outward extension of one's emotions, that personal bubble we each live in. That said, to the band, music is the outward extension of our emotions, so the name of the band is what music means to us.
