Since their formation in the summer of 2007, Vancouver B.C.?s Fighting For Ithaca have been making a name for themselves at both the local and national level. Despite their short time together, this young, passionate band has been winning over fans of all ages with their intense stage show and catchy brand of punk-influenced powerpop. Since the release of their debut EP in 2008, the band has never stopped pushing forward, trying to bring something new to a music scene that they believe is growing stale. Currently working on their yet-to-be titled second release, the band has high hopes for the future as they plan their attack on an unsuspecting world.
