HELCION (Hell-See-On) 5 years, 2 albums, an Okanagan Music Award, a Korg-Canada Jammie award, 300+ shows, an Artavox Bass endorsement and 2 successful cross Canada tours - HELCION is right where they want to be! Having gained many new fans and the respect and admiration from promoters, booking agents and fellow musicians across the country, HELCION has the confidence to take their sound Anywhere, Anytime and Any Place! Since their beginnings in late 2004, HELCION has consistently strove to raise their own personal bar - be it song crafting, live performance, or just the professionalism with which this band carries itself in all aspects of the business. Having developed a sound that has been widely accepted by the general public but a little too ?Niche? for mainstream radio, it has forced them to take a more D.I.Y. approach to exposing their music. HELCION?s sound draws from many genre?s but does not dwell long enough in any of them to fit into a particular style or label. Having shared the stage with Alternative, Rock, Metal, Hard-core, Ska, Emo, Punk, Rockabilly, Folk, Black Metal, Pop, - it has allowed the band to draw fans from everywhere, and gave them the confidence to be comfortable in their own skin.
