Biography

My name is Mike Yorke. I'm 17 years old, and I hail from Brampton, Ontario. I have been songwriting since I was around 6 or 7 years old, then finally decided to pick up a guitar at age 9. It was the best way to get my emotions and feelings out when no one was around to listen, writing about love, hate, and sorrow (kinda sappy, i know). I am now in the process of self-releasing a 9 song demo mixtape which will be available digitally in late 2011
