MR.PINK Band Members Dave Cassibo - Vocals and Percussion Danny Kerr - Percussion/Vocals Mike Berger - Guitar/Vocals Jake Murray - Bass/Vocals Band Bio Mr.Pink are a Niagara Falls band formed in the summer of 2007. The band was founded by Danny Kerr and Mike Berger who had played in bands together throughout highschool, although Jake Murray And Dave Cassibo had also played in various bands with both Dan and Mike. Mr.Pink are primarily all original band and play a few covers. With their garage-funk melodiscism and skilled musicianship, the band thrives to bring funk back to the mainstream whilst keeping with their own rock roots. Although shows have not been as plentiful as any band would want , Mr.Pink have been writing, recording and playing out as much as possible since the band formed. The backbone of the band is Danny Kerr, a seasoned musician and has played in various cover acts across the Niagara region. He has a strong jazz and metal background, and handles all of the bands recording. Mike Berger, the bands guitarist is a distinct voice in the bands overall sound. Mike handles most of the songwriting and has a nearly unlimited array of influences and a strong musical ear. He has backgrounds in nearly every genre of music from country blues to minimalistic trip hop. Jake Murray handles the bass and backing vocals for the quartet. Jake is a very raw player, with influences across the board. Jake handles the bands booking/media duties. Dave Cassibo , the bands frontman and lyricist brings a strong presence and sensibility to the band. Dave is a jack of all trades and also plays guitar,bass,keyboard , trombone and percussion. Mr.Pink are a real band. No matter who might write a particular song, none of the songs are complete until each member puts in his two cents.
