Tom Kestner and Dave Stevenson, realizing that they had a lot of music written that would only work as a seperate project, decided to expand their horizons. Nick Warren was recruited as the second guitarist, and instantly adapted and contributed greatly to The Laundromat's unique sound. Shortly after losing their original drummer, (Josh "Yoshi" Rogers), Ryan Morewood took over the position, and Stephen Kabasinski joined up on bass.
In May, 2007, The Laundromat gained incredible momentum. Songs came together almost effortlessly, and just one month later, they were booking shows and recording a DIY demo. (now playing)
With raw energy and themes of love, unity, and revolution, The Laundromat excites, entertains, and leaves the listener with some food for thought.
