Paul Malysa (Ma-li-sa)
When you first experience Mississauga-Based singer/songwriter,
Paul Malysa, you won't believe the soulful, harmonious and signature
voice that stands hairs on your arms. His music is emotionally charged
and overwhelms audiences everywhere.
Following the success of his 2004/2005 independent CD release ‘No More Yellow Lights’ which garnered radio airplay across Canada, live performances, and numerous interviews to support this CD, Paul had an even busier 2005/2006.
In 2005, Paul also featured the music from his titled song ‘My High’ in the Mississauga’s Children’s Festival.
‘Take Me’ and ‘In the Air Tonight’ have been and still are in rotation
for over 5 years on many radio stations.
With the 2006 single release project ‘Pencils and Racers (the chapters song)’ his ear for simple melody with signature harmonies were again featured on this single. Paul received Honorable Mention for this song in Song of the Year Contest.
A summer 2006 Ontario tour was conducted with several live performances including; The Healing Cycle and Palliative Care fundraising event where he wrote and performed the song ‘The Healing Cycle’ to support this
worthwhile cause.
During 2007 and the beginning of 2008, Paul began his works on his new CD "Above the Fold". During this time his remake of "In the Air Tonight" has been downloaded around the world as well has been on Wave 947 in there Top 10 for over 15 weeks.

2008 was a great year with numerous performances around Ontario
and Radio Interviews.
Performing at the 150th Anniversary for Streetsville as well the New Years Eve
Celebration for the City of Orangeville.
