Wolfsons is part of a movement that was initiated in the heart and song of Jeremy Lotholz prior to the beginnings of Wolfsons in Mayerthorpe, Alberta. With the collaborations of long time friend Layne L'Heureux Wolfsons became a raw reality of garage brand recordings and foot stompin' solo debut's. In early 2011, classmate and friend, Micah Emerson became a Wolfson in Edmonton, Alberta. Playing the drums. Along with Micah came the brief but always Wolfson Deryk Leshinski, a.k.a "wicked moves" bassman. In spring 2011 Wolfsons went to rock/roll and worship, with the great people of Edmonton. Summer of that year Bassman Deryk L. departed Wolfsons to minister in nearby Spruce Grove. Always a Wolfson. After memorable additions to the Wolfson crew such as Derrick Gust and others, Artist and long time friend Cory Fraser joined the pack on bass. Wolfsons began, brotherhood strong, for lesser or more. The Wolfsons released their first single, and an all around Wolfsons favorite "Righteous Man" July 5th 2011. Wolfsons first 6-bullet EP "Holly Roller", mixed and laid to stone in Vancouver will be out this september 2011! CHECK IT OUT!

LOTHOLZ:(24yrs) Hailing from Mayerthorpe Alberta and a traveled man of the west coast. Jeremy Lotholz , former Daylight guitarist, brings the unique flavor and lyrics that make Wolfsons what they are. Laying down songs easily that make your toes tap and your heart riot. Lotholz also creates audio/visual masterpieces with his small film firm "LIGHT CASTLE FILM".The voice and howl of Wolfsons drives the legendary 92'VW Golf and can command a mean BMX/Sk8board! His VOICE will make you want to shout anddddd DANCE!
L'HEUREUX:(23yrs) Also an Mayerthorpe native of Alberta! Layne is the eclectic lead guitarist with vibrant bursts of chicken finger licks and enthusiastic guitar. You try to put your finger on this Wolfsons style, he will yet again surprise you. This singer song writer who also leads local edmonton grudge rock band "The Diehatzu Hijets" as well as his solo creations. He is the man you wish was there and constantly wish to have pancakes with. L'HEUREUX rolls in a NIssan Altima, but he'd convince you it was pure American muscle.
EMERSON:(20yrs) Growing up in Fort Smith NWT, now calls Edmonton his home. This Ex-drummer of indie rock group "GoodForGoodbye" now attends Vanguard College, like Lotholz. Following his calling to be a preacher man. Micah plays what has been seen as under the top-over the top mix of drumming that expresses his love of capitalizing on the music and not just instrumentals. 50% HEART, 25% DRUMS and 25% HARD HITTING! Emerson drives the ever-unbreakable Toy-Yoda and loves to create!
FRASER:(22yrs) Home is Fairview Alberta, and this guy is somethin' else. Cory Fraser is pastoral Vanguard Student as well and a singer/songwriter of his self-named solo project. Known for his single "Come Close" of The Avante' Sound Collection, Cory Fraser continues to create. This Wolfson plays a well informed bass as well naturally smothers the music with fat, full and fantastic toned baselines that drive Wolfson music. Thats not it! Fraser drives even further by adding melodic backup vocals! This man knows how to roll. He drives a batman like Chev-Cavelier. It never fails.
THE WOLFPACK: The unknown members of Wolfsons. Its funny, we used to joke about the wolf-pack. However we believe that Wolfsons is not an exclusive band or image you see on stage or on the overactive-impersonal pages of your chosen social network. Artist may come and go that we receive with open arms to receive and release. We are excited for the relationship to be had with YOU! THE MINISTRY: We believe in glorifying God in worship through our music. Whether our show on stage or in the crowd is particularly eventful we believe that our best performance is backstage in prayer. We want to release a kingdom sound with the music we love and although physically we may only reach the frenzy of dancing and singing we know that we create much larger effects in the spiritual realms. When we rock in the name of Jesus Christ, warfare begins and just like our song "Righteous Man" proclaims in Jesus' name that we have "been stomping on the flames coming straight outta hell".
