Hi Zomabelle.
Snowseekers are a new company that appear to be marketing skiers/snowboarders and mts etc and are using social networking and bands to collect people, emails etc to spread the word about the upcoming winter and what they have to offer. It's another opportunity for us (and other bands on the scene) to play some kool shows. Out of the 30 bands selected from BC and Alberta they are going to pick 6 by Sunday night. The 6 with the most votes get to play on the 25th and 26th at Vancouvers new convention centre. Prestigious gig with lots of exposure. We are in position 7.
Close but no guitar... We in JK are mustering up as much as we can to get some fans and friends involved. The top band out of the 6 gets sent to Whistler this winter to have fun and play some more shows. Sounds good to me.
Really want to be in the TOP 6 to show some more people what we got.
Lots of fun... Rawk it.
I love the Comox valley and BC.
