Abandon Paris . . . . a name that conjures up a host of images; a name accused of blaspheming the mystique of the city of culture, love and history. It is a name however, derived not from such a global imagination but rather from a personal struggle experienced by members of this band. Its creation has clever but secret origins which few outside the collective are in on. The operating word in the name is “Abandon”, because this band at its core tends to abandon all those stereotypes and conventions of what makes a typical group work.
