Description: You are a brilliant UI developer, so comfortable with advanced CSS that you can build a web page that matches a Photoshop mockup across all the major browsers with your eyes closed. You are a master of JavaScript - of the "I can't believe it isn't Flash variety." AJAX comes naturally to you, and the idea of using a top-heavy framework like ASP.NET AJAX offends you so much that you'd rather sit down and code the whole thing from scratch using XmlHttpRequest. You come with a strong ASP.NET background - or you are highly experienced with another server side language, and brilliant enough that you can learn ASP.NET on the fly AND complete our intermediate level .NET / C# test - all within one hour! SQL Server is one of your many specialties and you can code efficient queries in both classic SQL or LINQ. You live and breathe Web 2.0, with a deep and intuitive understanding of the social networking space to the point where you can look at a wireframe and say "Shouldn't we do it this way instead?" and then provide a sound argument as to why. To this end, you have a good deal of experience in a Dot-Com / startup / Web 2.0 type company and are seeking the classic Silicon Valley experience of crazy hard work in a super-casual and fun environment. And now, the boring stuff:
