Assassinate the Following... is a four piece band from the industrial wasteland known as Windsor, Ontario Canada. Their wide range of influences combine and attribute to their style of melodic progessive metal. With roaring vocals, shredding guitars, thunderous bass, and skull shattering drums, this band is aimed to break away from the ashes of a crumbled music scene. This band was formed in July 2006 by Brandon White (age 18) and Drew Torok (age 17). They decided to write all new material from their old bands departure. They asked Josh White (age 21) to play the bass guitar for them at the time. A few auditions for dums had failed and just wasn't working out for them. So the band asked Russell Farley (age 18), Brandon and Drews old drummer to join. Since then they decided on the name and have been playing songs since, and been writing new material. Late August the band hit the recording studio with Glenn Fricker at Spectre Sound and started to record their self-titled EP. With his talents, and the bands, the CD was complete and mastered in a couple of months. Assassinate the Following... is now playing shows and planning on getting an Indie deal as soon as they can. They want to get their name out there, and enjoy playing and making music.
