Formed in 2005 Bitter Morning is a band that breaks out from the Thunder Bay Music Scene and provides a superior acoustic performance. Back in 2005, Conner Harris and Lucas Augustyn formed the acoustic duo, "made in canada". Later on, they changed their name to "Bitter Morning". As it stands today, the name Bitter Morning comes from a night of heavy drinking, and waking up the next morning. For this reason the next upcoming album from the band is entitled "Rantageous Nights Neuphish Mornings". Over the years the band has undergone many changes, and has opened for many different bands. Some of these include, the Canadian Indie sensation WINTERSLEEP, as well as others such as Shawn Vaurrault from Wide Mouth Mason, Ill Scarlett, and many others. In March of 2008 the band picked up their new bassist Brad Van, after he left his previous band Good Guys On Parole to persue different things. Since the start of Bitter Morning, they have always enjoyed playing shows, with little to no band drama. They are well respected as well as very enjoyable to hear and hangout with live. Be sure to check out Bitter Morning, the next time you go to a show.
