Biography

Nanaimo, BC-based singer/songwriter Cory Friesenhan uses his diverse style to create music covering so many genres, while always incorporating what he refers to as the 'west coast vibe'. Although his only release to date, titled 'Black and White and All in Between', is primarily of an acoustic nature, both the album and his unreleased material take influence from rock, electronica, pop and indie, using rhythms inspired by hip hop and funk.

Great music. Accoustic guit are under-utilized. The industry would be better off if more musicians wrote from accoustics, before elec. Like the rocking chair bit! lol
