Dont Ask Is the first thing to come out of Binghamton, New York since IBM. Originally formed by three high school friends as a punk rock trio, they self released two albums(2001’s “Guitarted” and 2004’s “Fream”). The songs off these albums contained subject matter pertaining to, what else, high school life. But as they grew as people and musicians, it was soon apparent that the three chord, three member equasion was not the best medium to convey their messages. With Nick Hurlbut on bass and vocals, Dan Perrino on guitar and vocals, and Bryan Wahl on drums, they played together until 2007 under the name “D.A.” While attending college, Nick and Dan met John Luby, a nubile guitar player from a rival school. The four post-teens began playing together, trying new things. Eventually they found their style and needed to lay it down. They headed into the studio and recorded “Majesty”, an EP setting this new sound in stone. Playing shows along the east coast, The band is now stationing troops at the boarder. Prepare for invasion.
