Biography

Djenny Heart is a wild card, bohemian Queen of Hearts, with a passion for poetic lyrics, folksy story lines, good rhythms and quirky costumes. Djenny has been writing her own poetry and lyrics for over ten years, and has been performing her own songs since 2009. Combining her background in classical piano, jazz trumpet and theater with her poetry and self taught guitar technique; Djenny has fashioned her own signature style. Djenny recorded her first 5 song EP "Last Stop California" in the fall of 2009, and is hoping to release another full length album in the winter of 2011/2012. Until then it is all about lots of shows, lots of writing, and lotsa love!

Djenny Heart, and occasionally a pirate ship crew of good folks that perform and record with me ... sometimes spontaneously, sometimes planned.

hello, I've asked to be your Friend on here... I like your style, and as I have spent a lot of time in the vancouver area and plan to do some shows there next spring it would be nice to connect with a photographer!
