?Dennis Queen and Envy? Dennis Queen, was born in Toronto, Canada on July 21, 1980. With his roots originating from Chile, and staying close to his Canadian upbringing, he grew up listening to the urban sounds that were most popular in the hood?mostly R&B and Hip Hop. At a very young age, Dennis starting following the groups that have influenced his style to this day. From the old school sounds of The Temptations and Marvin Gaye, to the late ?80s beat of New Edition and Michael Jackson, Dennis has incorporated the R&B rhythm into his Rock music of 2009. In 1993, Dennis performed for the first time in front of audience of 500 people at ?Festival Palermo?, singing cover tunes of his Motown favourites. After experiencing the feeling on stage and connecting with the crowd, Dennis quickly realized that his dream of performing was now not a hobby, but a passion he needed to explore. He wanted to broaden his musical scope and go beyond cover songs of other artists ? it was time to get serious! ?Envy? Was formed by Steve and Dennis in there early teens. They had a good vibe, but things were cut short due to family issues and things were left in the wind. After taking a long break and now at the age of 28, Steve and Dennis have decided to reunite Envy and try to do things right and go forward with what they had discovered before? and that is TALENT. Steves talented ways to write and produce songs is a talent with in him and Dennis with his soul full and solid vocals make them a good team. So soon to come is the finally anticipated reunite of Envy? To Be Continued?
