As far as the name calling, are you that angry over a show?Im talking about the guys from Masquerade of Silence see they r good and everything and they were told like everyother band when there time is up, but they tryed to keep playing for like 5 minutes and they had to have all there shit shut off before they would leave, so in doing so they screwd us over of our time, which is now w.e and doesnt even matter
but the other guy is being ignorant about it and sating things he/she doesnt know about without gettin his/her facts straight and running her/his mouth
but w.e everyone did great anyhow and it ended up being an awsome showThis is pretty funny. I don't think Surioj really understood the reasons behind the band being so upset about how things turned out. To explain my disappointment, I had woken up at 7 o'clock in the morning to prepare for the show. We showed up early to the venue to make sure our equipment was ready to go and we had followed through with our end of the commitment. We had generally done everything we were asked to do.
Then, our set start changed about three times. When we finally got to go on we were told to use another band's equipment. This band, for all there merits, wasn't a death metal act and as a result, the sound wasn't the same. Combine that with security flipping on the lights ever few minutes and some technical issues that had to do with my incompetence and you get a band that is bound to complain.
I remember the same thing happening to Dimmu Borgir at the Studebaker way back in 2001 and they complained way worse than we did. The simple fact of the matter was, it was a bad experience for the band. It was embarassing. And generally disheartening.
So, in short, Surioj.
