everyone has different music tastes...this company isnt about bashing other peoples music...it's meant for bands to come together and get as many people to hear their music as possible...music is about finding what makes you happy. What makes you who you are. If you don't like a band, thats just fine. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I respect each and every band out there, sometimes breaking their backs to sell tickets, because at the end of the day...It's all about how the music makes you feel, not what someone else says about it. Can't we all just get along?

Theory has a fanbase that's why they sold so many tickets....it's kinda crucial to actually have fans.
Maybe you'll understand good music once you hit puberty

That was serious stuff on Saturday night...legendary performances from all the bands in the show. Big shouts to everyone who supported; all the friends, fans and fam. The energy was amazing and the quality of music was 5 stars all night.
This was the best Supernova show I have ever been to. Ever.
Congrats to all the winners!

I had a great time last night at The Sound Academy! One of my favourite venues in the city... as you can tell by that statement… I do drive, and do not take public transit!

The show was stacked with some of the best Supernova bands in the past couple of months as this was REDPIPE.CA OUT OF THE GARAGE SOUTHERN ON FINALS! All bands have already endured previous competitions to embark in this show!

Great performances from bands such as Accolade Of Apocalypse (thanks for the interview guys!), Written In Red, The Basis, and I heard a killer cover of Pantera’s “Cowboys From Hell”, that I believe Segmata covered (correct me if I’m wrong). Although all bands that I caught had great sets, and my personal choice won the Grand Prize, none other than Theory : Astray. I would like to thank all the bands that came out to showcase their talent. Even if you didn’t win anything at this event, just remember that the exposure that you got from meeting new bands and playing in front of their audiences is more then anything that you can win as a prize.

I hope nothing but the best for all the bands that played tonight!
