I'm just wondering if anyone else noticed the LARGE number of votes for Red City Riot that were names that didn't make any sense, like aealkj akljkl, or names of other artists, like Justin Timberlake for instance??? At first glance all the screen names appear to be legit but if you click on them to see the profiles there are a lot that are names that seem fishy as I mentioned and seem to be cast by someone that is 17 and from Whitby. I checked the last four pages of votes from last night and came up with 10 that appeared to be fake. Who knows how many more there could have been if I'd looked through all the pages. If you also notice, where it shows the total number of votes and the number of actual voters, most of their votes came from people who only voted a single time, which I found strange. Now obviously I can't see the IP addresses that these votes were cast from so I may be totally out to lunch. If that's the case and Red City Riot deserves the win, then I apologize and say Congrats to them!!!! But if I'm right, then I hope the people who are monitoring this site and running this competition perform due diligence and discard the ballots that are fake if they have not already done so. As I said, if I'm wrong, then I apologize, but I had to say something.

Congrats to all the winners!!! We had a blast playing this show and thought that all the bands were great and hope we get the chance to play with some or all of you again.

Betrayal isn't from the area.

So have all the false ballots been tossed out already? Is Red City Riot the actual Wildcard Winner or is the above winners list just based on the results at the close of voting last night? Just curious.

Hey trophyandmeeting I did not mean any disrespect about the ticket sales I was just giving an option of how things might be judged. To me it don't matter who sold the most tickets or the least amount of tickets. Like I said before we just wanted to jam and never thought about the compition and did not really care about it we just love to play. I mean we drove from Kingston in a horrible snow storm to jam and it was about the love of playing. So anyway there was no disrespect in my opinion. But maybe in the future you guys can explain how the judging is done to the bands so they know what to expect and so there is whining on who won and who didn't. I mean it was show and I thought it was a damn good one.

No doubt about it people.... our fans got us to 3rd place!!!!!We promise we'll get better, ok. I mean we really are only 15!! Think about it!

The band that won did not sell the most tickets. Neither did the band that placed second. I'm not about to divulge who sold what because it really doesn't matter. I guess you'll have to trust me but I think most of the bands know who sold what since I showed several of them at the show. What's being posted here is everyones opinion. I agree with death_magnetic. Every band probably feels like they deserve to be in the top three but it's simply not a reality. I trust that bands and fans alike had a great time. That's what really matters.

It is what is guys! We went in there just to jam and having sold a very small amount tickets we knew we had no chance. I do not think that they judge so much on performance or how good the band is and I am sure every band that played this show feels they should have been in the top 3 but I feel it is a buisiness that wants to make money so the bands that bring in the most ticket sales wins.Regardless of winning we had a great time playing there and watching the other bands play.
