I do see what you mean. I was just screwing around :P
However, I find, at least as far as I am concerned, that bands are often commented on how well they did via myspace or other means of communication. Supernova is simply where the results are tallied.
At least that is what I personally notice.
So be that the case one WOULD gravitate to show interest in the results above all else.
