California Wine is a four-piece alternative rock band situated in Nepean, Ontario. Their first two tracks entitled Can’t See At All, and Let Yourself Go, both share their incomparable sound. California Wine’s vocals were surprisingly clear, with an extensive range, although, in several sections, they were a little whiney, and the instrumentals overpowered them. They also kept very good timing throughout both pieces.
Their logo had a very simplistic design and choice of colour. On the other hand, California Wine included some photographs of each member practicing. The pictures provided the audience with a sneak peak at the band, as well as a down to earth impression.
In the future I would recommend incorporating more writing about the band introducing each member and their instrument of choice. They also may want to accompany their band’s objective, inspirations, and typical preferences. This in turn would promote them, give the members some recognition, and entice a larger fan base. Keep up the good work, and continue producing appealing music.
