Unwoken Insomnia is an energetic, five member, hardcore metal band derived from Ajax, Ontario. The combination of Matt’s powerful vocals and Reid’s quick, melodic riffs has a large influence on their large following and unforgettable sound. Their tracks “Unsedated Mutilation” and “Menticide’’ clearly represent the band’s passion to make music and future potential; however, there are a few adjustments I would suggest to make to their page to receive a higher grade. I believe this in turn would also attract more viewers that would eventually go to their performances.
First of all, I would recommend advertising themselves to the public by creating an overall image. Considering there are no pictures of the band members or a main photo, it seems as though the viewers are forced to use their imagination and interpret their personalities according to their writing. In order to give them an improved understanding, I would also suggest adjusting their band biography to explain their influences, and how they have evolved throughout their musical careers.
