It's April and we here at Supernova have some tricks up our sleeves! In other news, congratulations to the Redpipe.ca Out of the Garage National Grand Prize Winner, Grand Theft Radio! The National Vote wrapped up last Monday after a two-week voting period featuring our top bands across Canada. Grand Theft Radio will be traveling to Toronto on an expenses-paid trip to play NXNE 2008.
Supernova’s Rides Again Canadian Tour kicked off in London, Ontario, last Friday, April 4th. We are very excited to be working with the band – if you have any questions, Nathan, Chad and Mike would be happy to chat at one of the tour stops! Next stop: Tonight, Friday, April 11th, Oshawa, ON, at The Dungeon with One Second 2 Late. Find out when Rides Again is in a city near you.
May 2008 brings you one more tour with another up-and-coming band to introduce you to! Ottawa’s The Prefect won the semi-final round of a local radio competition in 2007, giving them a leg-up in the financial woes of a developing band. Yes, they’re that good!
