Band on the Run qualifying rounds are wrapping up across Canada. That being said, we are gearing up for the City Finals kick off show this
Friday May 9th and we’re super psyched. Three reasons why:
Reason #1 -
Hail The Villain will be hitting the stage! This 4-piece from Oshawa has toured with the likes of
Hedley,
Billy Talent, and
illScarlett. Get their album
Population: Declining. It’s good.
Reason #2 – The Prefect’s third tour stop of their
Spring Tour finds them on stage at Toronto City Finals. They’re working with Gavin Brown on a new album. ‘Nuff said.
Reason #3 – Prizes, prizes, and more prizes! First place band wins a spot in the
National Online Vote, 20 hours of recording time at
Machinehead Studio, and 25 coloured printed tees from
Third Estate.
