Indie Music Pulse is a two-day event where indie will meet industry at the exclusive Gibson Guitar Artist Showroom in Toronto. Happening on November 28-29, 2008, Indie Music Pulse will feature educational panels, indie artist showcases, demo critiques, and a cocktail reception! Rub shoulders with David Usher’s manager, Graeme McDonald or Mobile’s manager, Don Affleck, among others!
Panel topics include "Indie Start Up To Indie Success", which examines how you can successfully kick start your own career, and "How Does This Work and How Do I Get Paid?" which shows you how to seek out income through live performances, licensing, merchandise, etc. The Demo Critique session gives you the chance to get your music heard by an experienced panel.
