BOTH of these breakout indie bands have demonstrated their skills on stage, winning over thousands of online voters to claim their place as winners of the Shure Band on the Run 2009 competition. As Grand Prize winners, BOTH Chainsaw Armageddon and Isobel Trigger will each be sent on a 4-city tour - one in the East and one in the West - playing some of Canada’s hottest venues for hundreds of new listeners.
Based out of Vancouver, BC, Isobel Trigger 's jazzy ethereal pop music was a clear fan favourite. Using Supernova.com's promotional tools, the band was able to amass an incredible fan following who clearly demanded that Isobel Trigger's music be heard on tour!
