FIGHTTHEQUIET'S BIOGRAPHY
2006 brought many exciting opportunities for Fight The Quiet. The first radio campaign for "Lessons in Vanity" put Fight The Quiet into rotation on over 300 college radio stations across North America. Fight The Quiet performed across the country on well known festivals such as South by Southwest, the Hyperactive Music Festival, and Summerfest. They played over a 150 dates and shared the stage with many great acts such as Jack’s Mannequin, Sherwood, The Junior Varsity, Project 86, and Chasing Victory. 2007 has come to bring even more excitement as the bands tour dates have reached over 200 and the return to festivals such as SXSW and Hyperfest were anticipated by many. Fight The Quiet was brought to a new festival called Sante Fe Muzic Fest (which featured artists Blue October, RBD, Everclear, The Wu Tang Clan and many more) at which they performed as the headling act on their stage, as well as Aspen Avenue Music Festival in their hometown where they were featured as the main event. The album Lesson's in Vanity has continued to do well as liscencing deals have landed them on video game SBK 07 and MTV for Bunim and Murry's Real World and Inferno 3. Currently working on a new EP which features a much more poppy feel as the screaming from Lesson's in Vanity will not be a part of the new sound the band is attaining for the Porcelain EP which will be released in 2008.
