	Why you got into the music business? Who doesn't love to rock out? I wanted to rock out every day...so now because I work and play in the music industry, I can rock out whenever I want!! One thing you tell aspiring musicians. Dont ever give up, What doesnt kill you makes you stronger! What’s the first concert you went to? MY OWN SHOW!! What was the first CD you bought? 	GRANT-GOOLEY'S BIOGRAPHY When I was a wee tadpole I used to listen to music a little different then the average bear. I would crank my massive, yellow, walkman tape player listening to "Nevermind" while pretending I was fronting Nirvana. It didn’t matter what I was listening to I would picture myself rocking out until one day I found myself fronting my own first rock band called FLUID. We toured Canada and sold 2000 cd's of our first independent release. I now front a band called "The Prefect". We recently just recorded with Juno award winning producer, Gavin Brown (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gavin_Brown_(musician) As well as being in a band I am also very active in the business side of the industry. I work for Supernova in the concerts division and I am also working with bands on a personal level to help develop their careers.
