This Sucks:
Getting suspended from youtube TWICE, peer pressure from getting the band together for a rehersal, band members quitting and that's all there is really.
This Rocks:
Guitars, Music I like, Food I like, Family Guy, reality shows & Internet.
How do you prepare for a gig?
We find out some information about a sepcific gig that we're about to play and then we decide which songs to do.
As a band or artist, what has been you biggest challenge so far?
Getting more gigs from guys like Supernova.
What is the first song you learnt to play?
Louie Louie - The Kingsmen
One musician you wish you could meet?
There's a whole bunch to choose from. But I'd have to say Eric Clapton since he's still GOD!
How many shows you have played?
G4L has played about 10 shows since and in the future we'll play 2 more shows.
Who are your influences?
The Beatles, The Stones, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, Frank Zappa, etc. I mean the list goes ON and ON for my influences. But one influence of mine that I'll never leave out is Greg Koch (my hometown guitar idol and father of our drummer Dylan).

GROUNDED4LIFEBAND'S BIOGRAPHY
To those of you who are curious, YES! They got the name off of the TV show. The only difference is that the word "for" is replaced with the number 4. Clever huh? Grounded 4 Life started with Jon Neuberger who was anxious to jam with talented teenagers from Tosa again. The first line up was Justin Chaltry - vocals, Jon Neuberger - guitar, Kyle Broaddrick - bass, and Alex Siedenstricker - drums. They got together in late 05 but broke up after a few months later. But Jon finally got a new lineup for Grounded 4 Life with him on guitar and vocals, Dave Kruse - guitar and vocals, Bryan Bunce - bass, and John Erik Sunder - drums. They played their first gig at Westock 06 on 4/29/06. John Erik left the band to stick with his other band "Radiation Station" and they found a new drummer from Tosa East named Kyle Sternkopf, whose originally from "Rock Hole." Dave Kruse left the band and was replaced by Miguel Figerora. After the Tosa Fest gig, Kyle left to go to college and was replaced by 12 year old Dylan "The Villian" Koch. Whose father is the one and only Gristle Man "Greg Koch." They played another awesome show at Westock on 4/21/06. But this was G4L's co-founder Bryan Bunce's last gig with the band. They replaced Bryan with T.J. Vellinga who can really slap the hell out of his bass. They became a legendary lineup once they got these gigs like EFW walk/run, Catch The Spirit walk/run, Brass Bell Battle of the Bands & Glendale Days which got them more exposure. In August, TJ quit and they brought back Bryan. Before that, Miguel left the group to start a band of his own. The 3 remainders in the band are still going strong today.
