Overview

The National High School Battle of the Bands® is a free online competition for student bands looking to further their music careers by being crowned the greatest high school band in Canada. The winning band AND their school in each major city will share $1,000 worth of sound/music equipment plus ultimate bragging rights!

How it Works

Bands from your school sign up on Supernova.com to enter the National High School Battle of the Bands
Go show support and attend your school’s AXEtremefest High School Battle
After the show, go online to Supernova.com/highschoolbattle to vote for your favourite band
The winning band from your school will be entered into a Finals round which will be held at a concert hall in your city in June
Your local Finals winner will win $1000 in prizes for your school and their band!

Top

The winning band from each city and their school will win $1000 in gear - $500 to the band, $500 to their school. The gear features top brands carried at AXE music stores. Including brands like Shure, Peavey, Mapex, EV and more!
