Metanoia

Metanoia- noun. a profound, usually spiritual, revelation or conversion; a fresh new 2007 five piece female fronted teenage post-indie rock band. Metanoia formed when lead singer Lindsey K decided that singing in the shower and to an audience of stuffed animals didn't satisfy her instinctual craving for performing. She joined guitarist Tim St. Laurent, drummer Josh English, and bassist Ant to start a band. A year later, gutiarist/singer/songwriter Becca found her way into the group to form what we now know today as Metanoia! Now stronger than ever, we hope to gain fans from all over the country and play music as much as possible while having the best time we can.
