We're Scalding Hot Acid. We're a small punk/rock/alternative/comedy/expiramental/swing duo from the south side of Chi-town. It all started in the wake of a disasterous show disaster...two members decided not to show up. Then, with a quick application of a thinking cap, a drum-set, and a guitar, Scalding Hot Acid was born. At first playing only one improv punk performance, the band soon began practicing more and more....only to be taken over by another project. However, after that project failed, Scalding Hot Acid was re-born! Now not only a bitchin' punk group, but a group with a highly diverse musical background that is looking to be discovered and build a fanbase around Chicago and other places.
