Well if you haven't heard from me in a while, and I thought I'd bring you up to speed.
William has decided to leave SFK and we are saddened by his leave. He was by far the soul of this band and a true friend. I remember originally meeting William at the rehearsal factory and despite the lack of experience, he had this amazing attitude that lit up a room. Well now we are left without a drummer and people keep asking me the same bloody questions.
So what does this mean? Is the band gone?
NO! SO STOP ASKING!!!
Despite the fact that William isn't here we are carrying on and looking for a new drummer to replace him. It'll be tough, but this is what happends with bands all the time.
In the meantime I've written waaaaaaaayyy too many songs. In fact I wrote a new one today called: Escapism/Quick Everybody Riot!! These are actually 2 songs meant to be a call and answer message but they both bring us back to our roots (Punk with hints of British Rock).
So SFK is still here, we just need a new drummer to add to the mix of our seasoning. If you think you have the chops and are interested give me an email (matthewdileo@hotmail.com) and we'll give you an audition.
