	Congratulations to Surrey’s Grand Theft Radio! They’ll be representing the West Coast at NXNE 2008. Band members Fraser Readman, Trevor Hardy, Jamie Daviduk, Mike Ewacha, and Sean McGowan will be flying out to Toronto, be put up in a hotel, get $2000 cash, and perform live as part of NXNE 2008. Redpipe.ca National Online Vote: Opened: March 17th @ 12:00AM EST Closed: March 31st @ 11:59PM EST Supernova validates all votes to discourage dishonest voting. #1 band when poll closes will not be an accurate indication of the winning band. Winning band will be announced when all votes have been processed and false ballots have been tossed out.

cheated or not?!

Well, for one I have to say that definitly every band tried to get a many votes as possible. It might possible to get votes in a 2 minutes intervall from a University, because that's about as long as it took me to get on that slow site to place my vote. So face it and just take 10% away from every band as "cheating factor". And the first two bands are anyway so much ahead of the other ones wouldn't have had a chance. BTW I like the thieves and put them on my second vote. This band is so good that I can't believe why they couldn't make the second place anyway. Obviously most people like the harder kind of music and some even (yikes) scream and such. Questions?!
