The origin of Strange Ground starts all the way back in the start of 2006, we were originally a screamo band with Jason Freeman on lead vocals, Matt Calvin on guitar, Julian DaSilva on bass, and Brandon Reaume on drums. Until Jason didn't want to be in the band anymore due to his inspiring baseball dream. So we continued with the three of us playing punk music. In late 2008 we all drifted apart in our own seperate directions. For three years we weren't a band anymore, until recently when Julian wanted to start the band back up again. Unfortunatly Matt is now in a few other bands and is now in college, so he's not apart of the band anymore. Julian and Brandon are currently writing an album which should be released in February of 2012. Welcome To Meadowvale.
