The Contradictors

The Contradictors are a local band, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They are unsigned, and are privately funding the recording of their first EP, Dare to Contradict. They play shows all over Winnipeg, and love performing regularly. Founding members Alek Taylor and Evan Yuel have been playing together for the better part of four years. Kyle Cobb joined the group in July of 2010, and really put them in a new class, with his unique vocal talents and lyrical original songs. The band is pleased to introduce their new bassist Chris Scott, and Trumpet player Mitchell Macrae. The band focuses on the genres of rock, funk, blues, jazz and reggae, but they love to experiment with all kinds of genres of music.
