Whether is a high school battle of the bands, the El Mocambo or your parents living room, Varial Project will play it. They are a 6 piece alternative rock band from Toronto, ON. They started out in 2007, as a 5 piece band, about 6 weeks before a high school battle of the bands, and haven't looked back since.
Varial Project originally started as 2 seperate bands: National Overdose, which consisted of Andrew, Stefan and other now insignificant people, and and unnamed group consisting of Alex, Sasha and others. Stefan and Sasha were talking in school one splendid afternoon and decided that merging bands could create something amazing. And then it happened. Darel was a friend of Stefan and Sasha's, and was introduced to the group shortly after its creation. Kyle joined in late 2008 when Varial Project and Alex's side project merged. And now you know.
