Music; the sweet sonic nectar of life, now is not only a capsule of interpretational expression but in fact a way of life. Music excites our ears everywhere we go, whether in nature through the song of a bird, or on the go through the dozens of gadgets we trust to quench our harmonious thirst. Many of us would figuratively die on a desert island without a source of music; our lives have simply become harshly dependant on the countless tunes the world offers. I have arisen as a musician to fuel the fire of musical desire. I strive to fulfill a simple premise; to satisfy my own needs of expression and to share the music in my head with the hungry ears of the world.

It all began 4 years ago when I bought my first instrument; the bass guitar. At the beginning of my bass guitar endeavors I wanted to learn every song ever written, but before long I learned that this dream would take a lifetime thus I decided to take charge and write my own tunes. I gradated from bass to guitar after year of playing and loved the change; more versatility, bigger sounds, and basically more opportunities to develop the music in my head. I have been playing guitar ever since and have picked up several other instruments along the way including the piano, percussion, and singing. I found myself writing a song a day and experimenting with musical elements and decided it was time to show the world. I recorded my first CD last year (2007) before my 16th birthday. The CD was recorded in several rooms of my house with the recording gear I had accumulated over the years. Pleased with the final outcome of my album I began playing shows across Ontario promoting my CD and sharing fresh tunes with the world. Among playing shows I also began to enter several competitions including Canadian Idol and was lucky enough to be blessed with a golden ticket to Toronto to meet the fresh undiscovered faces of Canadian music. This endeavor taught me a lot and inspired me to push on harder with my music and expand my musical exploration

Now I am embarking on a new journey in life in attending the University of Toronto this coming September. This opportunity is much appreciated because it will allow me to share more tunes with more ears and will allow me to encounter a new scene of music. Ultimately I plan to play more shows and record a new CD to showcase my newfound musical maturity. I believe in my music, please join me in believing.
